Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 16-09-25
1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made through AMCO Skill Bangladesh, including [online courses / physical products / digital downloads / subscriptions – adjust as needed].
2. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order within 24-48 hours of making the purchase before access to any service or before the product is dispatched.
For physical products: if the product has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible; in that case return/refund will occur under the Returns & Refund terms below.
For digital products or online courses: once access is provided, cancellation may not be possible, except in circumstances where delivery fails or there is a technical issue not resolved in a timely manner.
3. Returns & Eligibility
Physical Products
Returned items must be in unused, undamaged condition, with original packaging, tags, manuals, freebies/accessories intact.
Return request must be made within 3-7 days from the date of delivery.
A proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.
Certain items are non-returnable (customized products, perishable goods, hygiene items once opened, etc.).
Digital Products / Courses / Downloads
Because of the nature of these products, once they are delivered or access is granted, refunds generally will not be provided, except in cases of technical failure or misrepresentation.
If there is a problem with access, the customer must notify AMCO Skill within 7 working days. AMCO Skill will make reasonable efforts to resolve. If resolution fails, refund may be granted.
4. Return Process
Customer must contact support via [email / phone / ticket system] with order number, reason for return, and photos / video if relevant (e.g. for damaged products).
If approved, instructions will be provided on where and how to send the item.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to AMCO Skill’s error (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.).
For local returns: AMCO Skill may offer pickup or drop-off; for remote locations, customer arranges shipping.
5. Inspection & Approval
Once AMCO Skill receives the returned item, inspection will be carried out to verify condition.
If the item does not meet the return eligibility criteria (used / damaged / missing parts), AMCO Skill may refuse the return or adjust the refund amount.
6. Refunds
If refund is approved, it will be processed within [7-10 working days] of receipt & inspection (or earlier if possible).
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for purchase wherever possible.
If that is not possible, an alternative method will be offered (store credit, bank transfer, etc.).
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed if the product is defective or incorrect or similar reasons.
Exchange will be for the same product / variant (size, color) subject to stock availability.
If the replacement is not available, customer may choose refund instead.
8. Change of Mind
Returns due to “change of mind” are allowed only if customer informs within [3 days] and product meets all eligibility criteria.
Shipping or handling fees may not be refundable in such cases.
9. Non-Refundable Items / Exceptions
Digital downloads / online courses once accessed (unless misrepresented or delivery failure).
Customized / personalized items.
Hygiene / intimate products once unsealed.
Products marked non-returnable at time of purchase.
10. Timing & Delays
Refund timeline: after inspection approval, refund will be made within [7-10 business days].
If there is a delay beyond this period, customer can contact support, and AMCO Skill will investigate.
11. Dispute Resolution
For any complaints or disagreements arising from return or refund, customers can contact our support team at support@amcoskill.com .
If the complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, customers may take further recourse via the applicable consumer protection laws/regulatory bodies in Bangladesh.
12. Changes to this Policy
AMCO Skill Bangladesh reserves the right to amend this policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on our website with updated effective date.
